As your Buyer’s agent, I will take that search one step farther…by assisting you with your search for new property listings based on your preferred criteria, by pre-screening properties for status updates & availability, by researching past sales history and relevant background information on properties of your choice and by contacting listing representatives to arrange private viewings of properties you are interested in.
When you decide to work with me as your Buyer's agent, there is usually no direct cost to you as a Buyer’s agent receives their professional fees from the Seller out of the sale proceeds of their home.
By having your own agent working solely for you everything discussed is private and confidential. Any offer you decide to make on a property will be written to legally protect you and your interests and negotiations will be done skillfully on your behalf.
