properties that have recently sold in your area. This is a good indication of what buyers are willing to pay for a home similar to yours.
similar properties that have failed to sell in your area.
By analyzing this market information, we can get an idea of what your property should “likely” sell for & what it should “reasonably” be listed at. This determine's your home’s fair market value.
