I will locate the best properties for you by using our comprehensive MLS System to search for suitable matches as well as reach out to my network of agents and potential sellers. This is especially helpful if your needs are very specific such as a condo in a particular building.

PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION
I will check into further details and history about the listing before you view a property.

VIEWING PROPERTIES
I will make all the necessary arrangements for viewing properties that meet your criteria. I will also research and provide you with information on the neighbourhood and the status of the current real estate market.

SELECTION
When you find the home that you would like to make an offer on, I will advise you on what similar homes have sold for in the area to assist you in deciding the best price to offer for the home.

NEGOTIATION
Under your direction I will present your offer which will include the price, items you wish to include as well as the terms and dates. I am a very strong negotiator and as your agent I will get you the very best price.

FINAL INVESTIGATION & CLOSING
When a contract for sale is signed there are many items that need to be addressed to finalize the sale and protect you in the purchase of your home.
