SOLD Listings - similar properties that have recently sold in your area. This is a good indication of what buyers are willing to pay for a home similar to yours.
EXPIRED Listings - similar properties that have failed to sell in your area.
By analyzing this market information, we can get an idea of what your property should “likely” sell for & what it should “reasonably” be listed at.
This determine's your home’s fair market value.
